Family fun with Geronimo Festival – giveaway

Justin Fletcher at Geronimo festival

Last year we experienced the family fun that was Geronimo Festival.  It was a beautiful day, and spending it at a children’s festival was perfect for N and my godson.  They had a ball and it was great to see them enjoying everything.   This year Geronimo is being held at Arley Hall in Cheshire on 27-29th May.  It’s a great opportunity to get outside with the children over the bank holiday weekend. The entertainment is all targeted at children. So… Continue Reading “Family fun with Geronimo Festival – giveaway”

Mottisfont – an outdoor National Trust visit

A winter visit experience at National Trust Mottisfont for family fun - Bubbablue and me

Let loose on a bike ride

I’m all for improving his stamina and hill riding, so we can build up to him having a bike with gears in a few years, so we can then go on decent distances bike rides.  But I was a little worried about… Continue Reading “Let loose on a bike ride”

Our magic moments of 2013 – a chance for family fun

Bubbablue and me picture

I know, I know, 2013’s been and gone, but as part of a ‘Moments that Mattered ’ campaign with Lloyds Bank, I’ve been able to pull together some special moments for us last year, that hopefully we’ll look back on time after time. 2013 was an important year to us, and probably not one we’d want to have gone through.  However, having my mum go through her illness did mean as a family we made much more effort to get… Continue Reading “Our magic moments of 2013 – a chance for family fun”
