N had an inset day on Friday and decided that he just wanted to go to the park for a cycle. He didn’t manage much cycling because we had so much other stuff to do for camping prep, so stuck with the playground instead.
This isn’t his natural face…I caught him just as he was grimacing about me taking a photo, but I like the openness of his body as he popped out of the tunnel.

Aw, bless him.My son is funny about having photos taken now too. This is a lovely picture anyway! Glad he enjoyed his inset day! x #LivingArrows
You can’t beat an extra day off school. Even as a teacher I loved inset days – it felt like a day off just because there were no kids there! #LivingArrows
I like it too. I think it’s nice when we catch them with different expressions. #livingarrows
