Music is a great skill, both to play and to read, and you never know on day he may well use the skill to make a living. #mysundayphoto. bubbablue Post Author 5 years ago That’s what I’m hoping, that he’ll suddenly decides he wants to play. I knew from the age of 4 I wanted to play the clarinet, but then had to wait ages. But at least he’s enjoying the music himself. REally he’s just making up what he fancies, but he was really acting it, elaborate arm movements and flipping the music pages. He doesn’t sound too painful either – mainly because he puts on the pedal. I’d love him to learn but he’s anti lessons. He just likes to play when he fancies it.
