This beautiful display of purple flowers was at Upton House, our nearby National Trust property.
I took N and the youngest nephew for the Easter Egg hunt. I was a bit disappointed because the mirror lake still is filled in despite them originally saying March it would reopen. The boys just enjoyed rolling down the slopes in the gardens.

beautiful blooms! I love flowers in the spring time.
Garden goals right there ha ha
This is beautiful! The colours are just gorgeous!
Such beautiful colours – I think this has to be my favourite tulip colour. A shame about the lake but pleased to hear the boys had fun. Happy Easter #MySundayPhoto
The flowers look beautiful and you can’t beat rolling down a hill for entertainment!
I love that colour, hope you had a fun egg hunt
Happy Easter and thank you for linking up
Ha ha, I hope they didn’t roll into these beautiful flowers! Impressive array of colours on display there.
Ahh! They are so pretty! A gorgeous colour and so, so straight.
Happy Easter x
What gorgeous tulips, and so straight. The tulips have come up in our garden but are very quickly bending in the middle. I would welcome some gardening tips!

Such uniformity and not a weed in site! I wish I could borrow their gardener! Happy Easter
Those purple flowers are so pretty. Glad N and his cousin enjoyed the Easter Egg hunt – rolling down slopes is great fun. My girls love doing that too 🙂
Our kids have also been indulging in rolling down grassy banks this weekend – as well as venturing into the tree-tops with ropes and harnesses. Just a shame it was so chilly yesterday when we were out!
Purple is my favourite colour, this lovely shot really does show that Spring has most definitely sprung!
Beautiful shot. I still love a good roll down a slope!
