Yes, it’s Tuesday again which means Trendy Tuesday is back.

Now I do have to admit, I’m not one for doing the whole ‘trendy’ thing for myself (comfort and fit is much more important especially post children), and with N I’ll buy what I like and what’s available.  So by default, I suppose he could be classed as trendy as far as toddlers go.  The whole coloured chinos look is a really easy one and it’s nice to see him in lots of colour rather than navy blue or brown which suits him, but can get a bit boring.

Today I was determined to get some photos before nursery, so he’d be in his clean gear rather than having him in whatever he ended up in after painting, water, mud or sand play etc.

I have a feeling he might be in the same chinos as last time, but hey, I like them, and he likes them too (he doesn’t have much choice really, but he doesn’t complain).  The polo shirt was a bargain I spotted in Matalan the other day at the end of their sale.  I don’t tend to shop there much, but the OH needed work jeans and for branded jeans that’s the place to go when you don’t want to spend much.  I love polo shirts especially when it’s hot weather as it means N’s neck’s protected from the sun from hat and collar.  The orangey-pink isn’t too pink, but it goes well with the chinos so for £2, you can’t go wrong.

Gorgeous pic, he looks very cool! Like you, I don’t bother too much about fashion myself, but I like my kids to look cool! Popping over from Trendy Tuesday.

    • Exactly. I quite like the challenge of finding nice boys clothes as everyone says they’re really boring, but I think they’re generally quite nice (if you like stripes!)
