Make this smooth fudge with sweetened condensed milk and chocolate.
Put the condensed milk and broken up chocolate in a microwavable bowl or jug. Make it a large one in case it overspills.
Microwave until the chocolate is fully melted, stirring at intervals. It should be thickening once it’s melted.
Pour into a lined tin or container.and put in the fridge to set for a few hours
When fully set, remove from the tin using the lining paper, and chop into squares.
Store in the fridge - it will keep for a couple of weeks.
If you don’t have orange flavoured chocolate, just use plain or milk chocolate and add 1 teaspoon of orange extract.Use more or less to taste, but if you find it’s not thickening, add more chocolate.
