Easy microwave gingerbread fudge recipe, bringing Christmas flavours all year round
Pour the condensed milk and broken up chocolate into a microwavable jug or bowl. Microwave in short bursts until the chocolate is nearly melted.
When it’s nearly all melted stir in the spices. Heat until chocolate is fully melted. Mine takes around 2 mins (900W microwave).
Pour or spoon into a baking paper lined container or 20x20cm tin.
Put in the fridge to set for around 3 hours.When set, remove from the tin using the liningand chop into 1 inch (ish) pieces.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
