Easy fudge recipe with hints of maple syrup and pecans.
Put the chocolate, condensed milk and maple syrup, in a microwavable bowl or jug. Microwave in bursts for around 2 minutes until the chocolate is fully melted. The mixture will be quite thick.
Add in the chopped nuts and stir to mix together
Spoon into a 20x20cm or 8 inch tin lined with baking paper, and top with the whole or halved pecans, pressing them in slightly
Chill in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours, then remove and cut into small squares
Store in the fridge until you want to eat the fudge
