An easy microwave strawberriy and cream flavour fudge recipe
Melt the chocolate in a microwavable bowl with the condensed milk in bursts, stirring each time, until the chocolate is melted,
The fudge will be smooth and coming away from the sides of the bowl when stirred
If using stir in the jam and swirl through and stir in the strawberry drops.
Then spoon the mix into a baking paper lined 20cm square baking tin.You can sprinkle over more drops for decoration and press in lightly to help them stick
Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set, then remove from the tin and cut up the fudge into squares
If you add jam you need to increase the chocolate by a further 50-100g.
If you increase it a lot, remember to check your tin or container as you only want the fudge about 1-1.5 cm deep to make sure it sets all the way through.
