Add your choice of fruit, nut and biscuits to make this rocky road fudge
In a microwavable jug or bowl, microwave the chocolate and condensed milk on high in short bursts until the chocolate is melted and when mixed together it comes away from the sides
Mix in the other ingredients
Pour or spoon into a baking/parchment paper lined 20x20cm baking tin
Refrigerate for 2 hours until fully set
Cut into small squares and eat. Store in the fridge
Optional, drizzle over melted white chocolate for extra decoration before cutting up.
