Simple casserole that's great for low carb diets
Preheat oven to 180C
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, then fry the onion and celery for a couple of minutes until the onion is softened.
Add the garlic and fry for minute, then add in the chopped cabbage and fry, stirring, until softened
Add the sugar snap peas and ham, stir around to mix it in.
Sprinkle over the paprika, season with a little ground pepper
Transfer into a small oven proof dish (I use a vegetable side dish)
Spoon over the sour cream or cream cheese, then sprinkle over a handful of grated cheese.
Cook in the oven until bubbling and the cheese has melted and turned golden.
