Wasgij Original 39 Chinese New Year solution

I’ve not done a Wasgij puzzle for a while as I’d had a different puzzle on my board that took me ages to get completed. But I’ve had 3 new Wasgij to do, the latest releases. Up first was the Wasgij Original 39 Chinese New Year.

The perfect time to be doing this Wasgij, right over the week with Chinese new year in!

With the Original range, you have to imagine what one of the characters in the box image is seeing. Imagine the excitement and chaos of what goes on in Chinatown when celebrations take place. Complete with dragon, and kids dressed up as tigers ready for the Year of the Tiger this year.

As always it’s a fun puzzle to complete. I usually say the newer Wasgij are much easier to do, but this one did take me longer to complete. That might be because I’m a bit out of practice, but it’s definitely not as easy as some recent Wasgij puzzles have been.
