Waddesdon on Sunday then we're done for Christmas this year (apart from all the chocolate and biscuits then still need to eat. Top of our hill behind our farm, on an autumn walk Top of our hill behind our farm, on an autumn walk with the dogs. It's nice to get out and feel fitter, although I only do it at weekends with N. The rest of the week I've been upping my steps to music. My resting heart rates dropped, I'm fitter and can walk without getting out of breath, and walking up the hill is easier. Going back in the office next week will be interesting to see how easy the 4 sets of stairs are. Usually they're a killer for most people. Have you turned your fitness around?
