Teething – incisor number 1 arrival

Finally, after him having been teething since January seemingly non-stop (last tooth’s arrival in early March), we have incisor number 1.  It’s a top one, and I can see the other top one just under the surface so hopefully that’ll arrive within the next couple of days.

I (and nursery) thought it would be the bottom ones that would come next as they look quite near to the front of the gums, but although there’s been lots of dribbling and chewing of his thumb in his toothy gaps, these still don’t look like they’re anywhere near coming.

It’s always reassuring to get another tooth through as it seems to be so long a gap when there’s so much dribbling going on.
