I was a bit of a tomboy when I was a child.  It really riled me when I was playing with my brother’s toy bow and arrow, to then hear my Grandad tell me that I shouldn’t be playing with it because I was a girl.  Of course I took no notice of that, and carried on.

While I did like some ‘girly’ toys too, I did enjoy boys toys.  One birthday I remember asking for a Transformer (one duly arrived – a small one, nothing like the ornate Transformer toys you get nowadays), and we quite often used to play Transformers at primary school.  I was always Jazz because I liked dancing.  Nothing like a bit of reminiscing over retro toys.

So everytime I see something Transformers, it always takes me back to those days.

Transformers Prime Season Two

The movies are full of action and drama, perfect for children who want fast paced action and great graphics.  Season 2 sees the Transformers post the Autobot-Decepticon war. Evil Megatron recruits Orion Pax into the Decepticons by leading him to believe that Autobots are evil.  With the Autobots trying to restore their leader Optimus Primes’ memory, Optimus realises he must destroy Megatron.
