Play tunnel fun
As I’ve mentioned before I love NCT nearly new sales for cheap bargains, whether they be toys, books, baby equipment or clothes. One of my bargains some time last year was a play tunnel.
Of course the weather last year was pretty rubbish so there was little chance of playing with it outside, and it does take up a lot of room in the house if it’s open. Thankfully it does close up although that does mean it’s not often played with.
But the other week, one of the NCT kids had obviously had it out, and that reinvigorated N’s interest in it. Usually, he likes to roll in it from one side to the other of the room, but this time it wasn’t fully open so was creating some great shapes while he was playing with it.
He spent a good 30 minutes chasing himself round it, putting it over his head and kicking it while stuck in it – great value for only £3. Easy entertainment, probably helped by the fact that he doesn’t have this readily available to play with.
He got quite violent with it so it’s great it was hardy enough not to get ripped or broken.
What items do your children spend a good amount of time playing with.
