Wasgij Original 8 Retro High Tide solution

This past year Wasgij puzzles feel like they’re being released so fast, or maybe it’s just because I’ve not been doing many puzzles.  Here’s the latest one I’ve completed – you can find the Wasgij Original 8 High Tide puzzle retro version solution further down the page.

Like the other Original range puzzles, you need to work out what someone in the box image is seeing to complete the jigsaw.  The retro version is a slightly tweaked version from the original which would have been released quite a few years ago.

The image on the box looks like a busy but calm day on the beach. But the solution is chaos and fun when the sea comes in.

I did worry a bit when I saw all the green. It’s never great when a puzzle has lots of one colour. But I worked through it in my normal way, and looked for all the green pieces with little other bits on to fit those it. It didn’t take too long – just over 3 sessions to complete it.
