Project 365 2015 week 25 – cars, climbing frames and child

It’s a huge week 25 of Project 365, and it’s a real hotch potch of photos this week.  I’ve not had my good camera out much, so photos are more sparse to choose from at the moment.  But onto the week of photos.

Sunday was our local district show.  We had a bit of a disastrous Sunday  with plans being screwed up, but we did get out for a couple of hours to the show.  One of the stars was this car…the one that was used in Knight Rider.  It still had the talking going on which kept N interested.  He couldn’t work out where the noise was coming from which was really amusing.

Monday, N and I got home from work and he wondered where his dad was.  I got dragged down to the farm yard to find him, but arriving back at the house we found him finishing off the climbing frame.  It’s been going on for 4 months, 4 people have attempted to build it, and finally it is done.

Tuesday I got back N’s nursery photo proofs (not strictly taken by me but I had to share).  They were taken while the children were playing in forest school, and they’re by far the most natural photos I’ve had taken of N. I think this one was my favourite, but I’m struggling to choose and might end up buying the cd of them all.

Wednesday, I found these sticklebricks creations propped up in the back room.  While N’s drawings are still very basic (think circle for body with face on the body, and no attempt at other items), his building and creation has recently become a lot more complex.  I love seeing it – as proof that he’s progressing.

Thursday was more pottering at home in the garden after work.  N was driving round in his gator, and telling me which flowers to take photos of. These were beautiful, so striking and deep in colour.

Friday and it was time for me to head off to Britmums.  First of all I had to take N to nursery. Even though the OH was going to have him for the 2 days, my sister-in-law was picking him up.  Usually he’d just use their spare booster seat, but his cousin was having a friend to play, so that spare would have been used up.  So the Trunki Boostapak we got sent, was put right to use.

Saturday was day 2 of Britmums Live 2015, and it was a first chance for many of the Oxfordshire Bloggers group to meet.  So far, we all click so hopefully it’s a network of new friends.  It’s great to know we’ve got a local network, and hopefully it’ll be grow more over the next few months.  Thanks to Kate, we’re on twitter, facebook and have a website in development.

So it’s been a real mixed up week for photos, but I do quite like that.

    1. Definitely. Last year’s weren’t great at all, there was only one I’d choose, but this time I liked 5 out of the 6 proofs.
